ADDIE
The ADDIE model serves as the foundation of my instructional design process. I use it to guide the development of structured, research-based learning experiences from start to finish. Beginning with a detailed analysis of learner needs, I design and develop engaging content that aligns with clear objectives. Implementation is supported through practical resources and facilitation plans, and I conclude with rigorous evaluation to ensure continuous improvement. This model helps me create well-organized and outcomes-driven instruction for both classroom and digital environments.

Analysis Phase
In this phase, I conducted a thorough needs analysis for the “Implementing the Science of Reading” project. I identified key learner gaps, developed learner personas, and analyzed instructional implications. This work guided the course design and ensured that every element addressed real-world challenges and learner needs.
Design Phase
This phase showcases the instructional blueprint for the “Implementing the Science of Reading” course. I included a detailed storyboard and course outline that align with Bloom’s Taxonomy and follow the ADDIE model. Through annotated visuals, I highlight how each learning objective connects to cognitive processes and instructional strategies. This section makes my design rationale transparent, demonstrating how theory and research-based frameworks shaped my decisions.
Development Phase
Here, you’ll find the fully developed eLearning module, complete with interactive quizzes, scenario-based practice, and multimedia components. I used tools like Articulate, Canva, and Google Slides to build engaging and accessible content. Screenshots and links provide a closer look at the course’s visual and interactive elements, emphasizing my ability to turn instructional plans into high-quality, digital learning experiences.
Implementation Phase
This section highlights how I launched and facilitated instruction for the “Small-Group Literacy Intervention” course. It includes a facilitator guide, visual overview of session flow (for virtual and in-person settings), and a breakdown of how I supported learners and educators with coaching, pacing tools, and supplemental materials. It demonstrates my ability to ensure instructional readiness and successfully implement learning solutions in real-world settings.
Evaluation Phase
This phase presents the data-driven insights that guided improvements to my instructional solution. I share samples of pre- and post-assessments, feedback forms, and a visual summary of learner growth. A reflection paragraph outlines how I analyzed results, identified areas for improvement, and iterated on course design. This section showcases my commitment to continuous improvement and using evaluation to measure impact.
