DESIGN MODELS
As an instructional designer with a strong foundation in both education and eLearning development, I leverage a variety of proven design models to create effective, learner-centered experiences. My work is rooted in the ADDIE framework, ensuring a structured, iterative process from analysis to evaluation. I also apply Agile methodologies when working in fast-paced environments that require flexibility and collaboration. Bloom’s Taxonomy guides my approach to aligning objectives with appropriate levels of cognitive demand, while Universal Design for Learning (UDL) helps ensure accessibility and inclusivity. These models, combined with real-world classroom and digital experience, equip me to design solutions that are strategic, scalable, and impactful.
